Recently, Guangzhou Automobiles Group Co., Ltd. ("GAC Group") signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai SenseTime Lingang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("SenseTime") in Guangzhou.

Based on the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths and complement each other’s resources. By combining GAC Group’s expertise in vehicle production and R&D technology with SenseTime's leading advantage in artificial intelligence technology, they will explore cooperation opportunities in fields such as intelligent driving, intelligent cabin, intelligence and connectivity, automobiles metaverse, AI tool chains, and supercomputing centers. They will also conduct comprehensive business cooperation.
